Tad, this 'intuitive revelation' can even go much further.  You can get knowledge of past lives in detail.  Or in my case, I work with spirits and angels and they have occosionally given me knowledge of things about the future that there is no way I could possibly know, such as what my work load would be like the coming week or if I would like my evening's movie.  It doesn't happen all the time for me but has happened and is happening more as time passes and I continue my spiritual training.
