What is everyone’s experience of Sadhguru? I haven’t watched him but the mantras of his group (“Isha Foundation”) on YouTube are sublime. I know Tad mentioned listening to him. Is he a sincere teacher? An academic?

I find his teachings interesting, I don't really consider him a competed Master though personally.  I feel some relaxation and bliss watching his videos but not high levels, I don't go into trances much watching his videos so I don't feel there is too much  there for me to benefit from.  He has some cool philosophies though definitely.  I tend to gravitate towards the Masters whom I feel bliss from or spontaneously go into 2nd Jhana thoughtlessness from while watching them speak.

I found his course Inner Engineering very... meh. Nothing about the charisms.

But... after reading a lot of his books and videos about a decade ago, I did have an OOBE in which I recognised him standing next to my body. I remember that was my first backflip out of my body.

Bodhimind,

What kind of practices did his course of inner engineering include?
