Thanks for the great video on vitamin K, Sam.

In my case, I am eating plenty of cheddar cheese, poultry and butter. But they are not from grass fed animals, they are probably grain fed.

Basil, thyme and sage are also good sources of Vitamin K which I occasionally use. I'll use them daily.

I am also taking pomegranate extract. Research shows it may be effective in unclogging calcified arteries.

I also forgot to mention that I take 2,000 IU of vitamin D3. Do you think this is a proper dose?

I get my magnesium from almond nuts and dark chocolate (99% cacao).

Plants do not have vitamin K2. They have vitamin K1. Plant materials that goes through the cow's stomach is fermented in the stomach to become K2. Therefore only grass fed dairy products have vitamin K2. Only natto (fermented soy beans) have vitamin K2. K1 helps the clotting of blood. K2 helps in taking calcium in the arteries and place them somewhere else in the body like your teeth and bones. Thereby decalcifying them. Vitamin K2 can only derive from fermentation.

According to Dr. Berg, the doses of vitamin D3 should be 10,000 IU.

As far as my knowledge goes, sulphur also helps in decalcification. The amount of greens that one takes, only some of it is converted to vitamin K2 in our body which is really insufficient.

All nuts should be soak for in order for the phytic acid to be release. Phytic acid is an inhibitor for the absorption of nutrients.

10,000 IU per  day of vitamin D3 is a lot. Is this the right number? I'll look into it.

Nutrition has become a complex subject, which one needs to understand in this modern age, because industrial agriculture has corrupted the food supply. Not having a car means I cannot get to stores which offer organics. I order my food online from big grocery stores which offer a limited selection of organics. So it means I must supplement my diet.
