Hey i was wondering if we have control over the amount of time we stay out of body, if we do it thru meditation. Cause everytime i managed to get an obe through sleep it wasnt in my control perhaps cause there was some amount of dullness my mind carried so it wud drift back into either dream state or sleep on its own. Soemtimes i wud just wake up. But none of it was in my control.

The message that I wish to impart to future mystics is the religious experience is all driven by letting go to let it happen.

In OOBEs I have relived entire lifetimes, from birth, till death, with all of the visceral content in between.  The time out of body on this plane?  It could have been seconds, because I do not keep track of the time, when I am out of body.

Sounds interesting. I guess i will have to wait till it happens on regular basis.
