I am sorry to hear you are having such problems with joint pain. I do not have much of a solution myself, but I wish you the best in figuring something out. The apricot ale and cherry cider mentioned in another post sound very tasty, I've never had them.

Thanks, rougeleader115, the joint problems have been episodic, and coincident with solar max chronologies, and accentuated consistent with CMEs.  The apricot ale and cherry cider do indeed go a long way to making the joint pain manageable at these times, and they do taste good.  So, it is good to find a medicine that works and tastes good.  However, I am going to continue experimenting with dealing with my joint issues as an electromagnetic issue.

3 Organic Pain Killers As Powerful As Drugs, Without The Side Effects (http://fitlife.tv/3-organic-pain-killers-as-powerful-as-drugs-without-the-side-effects/#sthash.56l8g2Fa.dpuf)
Boswellia

Often called Indian Frankincense, boswellia originates in the dry areas of India, Africa, and the Mediterranean. It is a remarkable plant and is becoming better known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation is the root of chronic pain. The unique acids (boswellic acids) block the overproduction of cytokinetic activity in damaged tissues while enhancing blood flow to the joints. This combination has also been shown to increase joint mobility and loosen stiff joints.

Boswellia has shown great success at reducing inflammatory conditions such as Crohn’s, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ulcerative colitis, and other painful conditions. Many studies have shown that it is as effective as NSAID’s, which are the most commonly prescribed drug for issues related to inflammation and chronic pain.
Turmeric

Another powerful anti-inflammatory food with exceptional pain relief properties, turmeric is an ancient spice commonly used in Indian and Asian cuisine. Turmeric has shown to work better than many other pain-killing drugs at relieving arthritis, joint pain, stiffness, muscle spasms, and other chronic pain conditions.

A natural painkiller and COX-2 inhibitor, turmeric has been shown to be a safe and effective remedy due to its ability to not only stop inflammation, but to suppress nerve related pain as well. This makes it exceptional for those who suffer from fibromyalgia.
Astaxanthin

Astaxanthin (asta-zan-thin) is a deep red coloured phytonutrient synthesized by microalgae called Haematococcus, and is also known as the “King of Carotenoids”. It’s grown in fresh water using sophisticated techniques that encourage the algae to grow its own powerful medicines protecting it from oxidation, UV radiation, and other environmental stressors.

Even though astaxanthin may not be as powerful as leading pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories, it is found to be one of the strongest ones in nature. Several double blind, placebo controlled animal and clinical trials shows that astaxanthin naturally inhibits many of the known inflammation mediators, which eases inflammation and pain without side effects.

It has been used effectively for joint pain, muscle recovery, and other painful conditions. Since astaxanthin is fat soluble (unlike most antioxidants) it gets carried by fat molecules directly to your muscles, tissues, and organs where it is needed most, like your brain, breast tissue, prostate tissue, skeletal muscles, and retina.

A friend sent me this link for a recipe that might work
How to Remove Uric Acid Crystalization in Joints (Gout and Joint pain) (http://complete-health-and-happiness.com/remove-uric-acid-crystalization-joints-gout-joint-pain/)
ingredients

    1 medium-sized cucumber
    2 ribs of celery
    A slice of lemon
    1-inch young ginger root

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients. Clean them thoroughly first. You can use a vegetable wash.
Cut the cucumber into smaller pieces based on the capacity of your juicer.
Also prepare the celery ribs making sure that there is no accumulation of dirt.
Cut the lemon into half. You can put the other one in the fridge.
Then carve out the ginger root.

How long? Drink until you see the results you want (once a day or twice a day to speed up the process)

This morning a friend sent me this link to an article Your Diet is Causing Inflammation and Arthritis Flare-ups, Here Are 7 Ways to Prevent Them (http://theheartysoul.com/arthritis-prevention/)  A noticed that there were 2 items on the list that have been rising in my attention for several years now.  I think they might be very significant.  They are:
4. Increase Fermented Foods

Often overlooked, fermented foods contain a high good bacteria content, which will boost the strength of your natural gut bacteria. Kimchi, tepeh, organic yogurt, kefir and sauerkraut are excellent sources, however you must also watch your sodium intake!

These fermented foods improve your natural digestion process, which allows you to expel harmful toxins and free radicals that can contribute towards inflammation.

5. Avoid Hand Sanitizers and Cleansers

Overusing hand sanitizer will leave your body vulnerable. It strengthens dangerous bacteria by killing off the protective bacteria from your first line of defence against foreign matter, your skin. Eventually, overuse may also create sanitizer resistant bacteria that your body cannot hope to fight. This leaves you in a dangerous spot because you’ll be ill-equipped to stave off inflammation inducing microbes.

Last summer I went to a rheumatologist for evaluation of my joint and bone pain, which tends to come episodically, and occasionally seasonally.  After running blood tests and ordering x-rays, it was his professional opinion that I do not have Arthritis, other than in one finger joint, and my 5th lumbar, where I have had numerous impact injuries.

So, I have been trying to understand why I have been having joint and bone pain since I was 15.  The conclusion for me is the possible causes are: geomagnetic, because my episodes of joint and bone pain tend to occur during the solar max; also, a possible influence is seasonal allergies, because my joint and bone pain tends to occur toward the end of the allergy season.

Arthritis and Allergies: What To Know About Rheumatoid Arthritis and Seasonal Allergies (http://www.everydayhealth.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/living-with/rheumatoid-arthritis-and-seasonal-allergies/)
By Beth W. Orenstein
Medically Reviewed by Alexa Meara, MD

If you have allergies in addition to a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis, it’s smart to limit exposure to pollen, and coordinate your over-the-counter and prescription medications.

Rheumatoid arthritis and seasonal allergies co-exist often— but experts aren't sure why. We do know that rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease, meaning that the immune system mistakenly attacks the body's healthy organs and tissues as though they were foreign invaders. Likewise, says Mark Jacobson, MD, of Hinsdale, Illinois, an allergist/immunologist in private practice and a past president of the Illinois Society of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, allergies occur when your immune system overreacts to exposure to antigens such as pollen and mold from trees, grass, and weeds in the environment.

Because your body senses these antigens as foreign and a threat, your body produces antibodies. The antibodies, part of your immune system that normally helps protect you from infections, travel to your cells. Your cells release chemicals called histamines, causing the mucous membranes in your eyes, nose, and sinuses to swell. Seasonal allergies aren't often life-threatening, Dr. Jacobson says, but they can make you uncomfortable, causing symptoms such as sneezing, stuffiness, a runny nose, and itchiness in your nose, the roof of your mouth, throat, eyes, or ears.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Symptoms Versus Seasonal Allergy Symptoms

But if you do have RA and seasonal allergies, what can you do to treat those cold-like symptoms? Jacobson says his recommendations are the same regardless of whether or not you have RA. Start by trying to minimize exposure to airborn allergens by:

Keeping the windows in your home closed. "This prevents pollens from drifting into your home," Jacobson says. Run the air conditioner instead.
Minimizing early morning activity when pollen levels are at their highest, between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Keeping your car windows closed when driving
Staying indoors on windy days when pollen is likely to be present in higher amounts in the air
Taking a vacation during the height of the pollen season to a more pollen-free area, such as the beach or an ocean cruise
Avoiding yard work, or wearing a mask or bandanna over your nose and mouth when working outside
Using a clothes dryer to machine-dry bedding and clothing, instead of hanging clothes on a clothesline, which can cause laundry to become coated with pollen
Washing your hair in the evening before bedtime to avoid getting pollen on your pillow

Rheumatoid Arthritis Medications and Over-the-Counter Allergy Treatments

Several over-the-counter antihistamines, decongestants, or nasal sprays are available to treat your hay fever symptoms, but if you have RA, you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist first. It's especially important that you coordinate your medications if you're taking them for other problems such as depression, sleep problems, or anxiety, as they may have sedative effects (though decongestants can cause insomnia). You could risk having dangerous drug interactions.

Always consult with your doctor first, Jacobson says. Also, don't confuse or interchange your hay fever medications with the medications that treat your rheumatoid arthritis symptoms such as joint pain. Your doctor may suggest that you use a corticosteroid nasal spray to treat seasonal allergies, but that doesn't replace the corticosteroid pill that your doctor prescribed to reduce inflammation from arthritis. The corticosteroid in the nasal spray is minimally absorbed into the bloodstream, so it will have little effect on your system. Abruptly stopping your oral corticosteroid treatment could potentially cause serious health problems.

If you continue to experience symptoms related to seasonal allergies, limit your exposure to pollen and mold in the air and talk to an allergist about the medical treatment that's best for you. Go to the website of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology to locate an allergist in your area.

I was looking at an article on Traditional Eastern Medicine and saw the following. I wonder if any of the 4 types refer to your condition?

Wind Bi: Wind predominates when a patient exhibits pain that begins and ends rapidly, limits the range of comfortable movement, and moves among different parts of the body. Windy weather can make the symptoms worse. Such patients also may have an aversion to wind, have a floating pulse, and a normally colored tongue with a thin, white coating. Because this type of Bi moves from area to area, it is also known as "Wandering Bi."

Cold Bi: Cold predominates when the pain is severe, limits the range of comfortable movement, and has fixed locations. Cold temperatures worsen the condition, and warmth improves it. A patient suffering from Cold Bi may have an aversion to cold, his or her pulse may be tight, and the tongue may have a white coating. Because this type of Bi usually results in severe pain, it is also known as "Painful Bi."

Damp Bi: Damp predominates when the pain is characterized by soreness, limits the range of comfortable movement, and is accompanied by feelings of heaviness and sometimes numbness. While many areas of the body may be affected, the pain tends to remain in those places. Dampness worsens the condition and there may be swelling in the affected areas. These patients usually have an aversion to damp weather. Their pulse may be slippery and their tongue may have a greasy coating. Because this type of Bi is characterized by fixed areas of pain and sensations of heaviness, it is also known as "Fixed Bi."

Heat Bi: Heat predominates when a Wind-Cold-Damp syndrome results in a greatly reduced flow of Qi and Blood through a joint, causing constraint. Constraint in TCM theory can cause Heat. Heat Bi is characterized by inflamed, red, swollen joints. The tongue may be red with a yellow coating, and the pulse may be rapid.

And of course Qi would refer to kundalini/prana/etc.

If we were going by 4 element theory, then it would be wet, cold, wind.  However, I am more interested in understanding the causes, so that I can eliminate the condition, or at least reduce it.  It has become clear to me that seasonal allergies are at the root of my condition.  So, perhaps I should find a place to live, where my seasonal allergies do not arise.

Hello everybody! Fighting shyness to post.

I am struggling due to joints and looking for solving problem. I need something nutricious, because it is longer state. My idea was magnesium, minerals in general ( maybe boiled and blended to powder eggshells ), collagen fibres and a lot of vitamine C.

Why those? Joints need warmth, wind protection, need regular activity of nearby muscles, elasticity and durability - here comes vit C. helping to create collagen out of digested proteins. One cannot assimilate external collagen proteins. Vit C. also prevents inflammatory states. Hibiscus/wild Rose.

For years I have been observing that the more I meditate sitting pos. the more physical activity I need, otherwise will I suffer.

The problem is one need all of the above mentioned together plus things afore mentioned like garlick, turmenic, arnica, ginger.

I also noticed that new problems with joints could be healed within short meditation sessions.

Good to see you posting, Janek.  We have several threads in Health, healing and fitness that provide useful information on the topic of Arthritis and treatments for Joint Pain.  I happen to have noticed that now that I am treating my allergies with antihistamines, my joint pain is down as well.  So, for me, it seems that seasonal allergies is behind my whole suite of other symptoms.
