The World of the Forms
1 Justice and wisdom are friends.
2 Justice admires wisdom, but does not understand it.
3 Who would visit justice every day? Wisdom would.
4 Wisdom begets virtue (though only accidentally).
5 Wisdom will always give you good advice.
6 Wisdom knows the natures of things.
7 With wisdom comes justice.
8 If the Form of wisdom comes to abide in you, then you cannot help but speak the truth.
9 It is not justice’s place to admonish wisdom.
10 Justice always knows how to balance the scales.
11 Justice is blind.
12 The Form of wisdom gives one authority over all.
13 Justice always grants wisdom a seat.
14 Imagine seeing Wisdom itself walking around.
15 Imagine hating Wisdom. What a foolish thing.
16 Wisdom knows everything.
17 Wisdom is immortal.

Beauty
1 Ah, the musicians playing together. The love of beauty unites them all.
2 If you saw the Form of beauty, you would dissolve in ecstasy.
3 What is beauty? A closer approximation to perfection, to the higher ideal.
4 If you go on seeking Beauty all day, eventually you’ll become it.
5 We all love the beautiful. So why don’t we become beautiful ourselves?
6 Those who create beauty will be born again as beautiful.
