Hello friends, Stu, a user here known as stugandolf, was in his 80s and a regular contributor since December 19, 2011, 02:58:19 PM, and a moderator here, but he has not been on here since January 23, 2017, 04:44:16 PM, which was around the time I came down with COPD, so it was hard for me to get online let alone attempt to make contact with him. So, I assume he is dead.  Does anyone here know for sure?

Yes, I remember Stu from your YouTube videos you made with him. I also remember Sam; if I recall, you had many dialogues with him on "Kundalini Heat" before the creation of the new forum. It is macabre to see spiritual friends pass, but that is why we are here... "the preparation for death" and "dying well."

I recall Stu posted a few times here over the years, but I never dialogued with him directly. He was quite old, so he may have passed into the nonphysical. Are you able to see what domain he is on while OOB?

Stu registered on this forum on December 19, 2011, posted 132 messages here, but has not been on here in 1486 days.

I agree with you, Alexander, the spiritual journey is preparation for death, and the contemplative who becomes a mystic prepares the best, especially if they are successful in developing the OOBE, because by learning to travel out of body we learn to negotiate the spiritual domain.  Sam traveled out of body.  I do not recall Stu able to do that, but he had developed depth in meditation up to the 3rd jhana decades before I met him.

Yes, Stu was in his eighties and still playing tennis, his sport of choice.  He was a regular, although not a participant on all topics.  And, I met him on my first forums on Yahoo Groups, so he was a regular participating, and supporting member of the GWV.  So, for him not have been on here in 3 years suggests he has left the body permanently.  I do recall he was a regular until there was a long maybe 6 month break, then only one or a few posts, then a long silence.  So, I suspect he had some kind of health crisis, which put him in the hospital, then he had some recovery, before a final decline.

I tried Googling his name but I found not obituary, or other evidence of life or death.  I can't remember his name now, due to my own decline.
