The Benefits of Aloe Vera

http://sacredsourcenutrition.com/top-12-benefits-of-aloe-vera/

Please note that apply aloe vera gel to hemorrhoid could stop and heal it in a week.
For diabetic who are unable to bring their glucose level down, it is also very effective when consumed. I've tried it and it's too effective. It is advisable to take some food first before consuming the aloe vera gel.

It is also been known to alleviate autoimmune diseases. It also has the ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

Thank-you Sam, for continuing your health blog.  I have used aloe vera for healing for decades, as it grows all over my home town, Tucson, AZ.  I have mostly used aloe vera as a very effective skin healing agent for eruptions, and burns.

I did not know that internally it helped with diabetes.  I will have to give it a try.

Thank you for posting this thread, Sam. I'm pleased you and Jhananda are so skilled with these paths and sharing them :) The school I went to for my Holistic Health Coaching certificate was full of sensitive, self-aware individuals. No surprise that you two are so knowledgeable about the often more effective natural alternatives. It is refreshing to see so much self-driven wisdom with health.

Thanks Jhanon. Health is wealth. Especially for those starting out the contemplative life or meditation. Don't let those aches and pains be a distraction, therefore health is of utmost importance. Besides the medical community doesn't know how to cure to the root of the problem but just skimming the surface. They are just healing the symptoms. Cheers  ;D

Thanks, Sam, I have enjoyed your many links.  I found the "Oiling of America" very interesting, the Dr Charles Mobbs High Fat, Low Carb Ketogenic Diet For Diabetic Nephropathy sounds like it is right in line with that.

As you know I have been on a low carb diet since I accepted that I was diabetic 2 summers ago, through which I have gained control of my blood sugar, and my health has improved, and I have lost weight.  I have recently started making and eating a weekly quiche without the crust, and with lots of eggs, cheese and butter, and no vegetable oils.

I enjoyed watching the Vegetarian Myth.  This matched my experience as well.  I keep coming back to basic biology, humans are predators, plain and simple.
