No mind is a term that appears in Zen Buddhism. There the followers of Zen make a big deal out of no mind, which is just the stilling of the mind. While stilling of the mind seems to be a difficult thing for most Buddhist priests, for the mystics that have posted their case histories here, the stilling of the mind is fairly easy, we enjoy it, and we find it is just an entry point to deeper meditation experiences.
