I've been in pain or at the very least, extreme discomfort my entire life until the last three years. I've used various medicines, but out of the foods I am most drawn to, it has always been tart berries and fruits. I prefer not yet "ripe" versions of apples and berries. My point is that the body has a way of finding what it needs, if we listen to it.

This has been a central premise of mine for decades, and since I found that intuition (genuine insight) increases as one becomes saturated with the charisms, then I have used my insight to direct my diet-plan, and it has mostly worked until the last 3 years, when it seems my central problem has been electromagnetic in nature; however, I did take to sleeping in my van for the better part of the last 14 years, and it was my intuition that directed me to do so.  It turns out an automobile makes a pretty decent Faraday cage for shielding low frequency EMF, which appears to be my health issue.
