People who have autoimmune conditions are often put on steriods; however, steriods have a numnber of bad side effects, such as diabetes, bone loss, and psychosis.

Ah, I was taking these myself, to bring down the inflammation of my mucosa, which became permanent after I was exposed to those toxic chemicals. It does not seem to have fully resolved the issue, so I may need to begin taking them again next doctor's visit. It is much better, but I still have headaches and chronic post-nasal drip. Thanks for the caution, it is something to be careful of.

Alexander, consider your continued health issues might not be due to the exposure of some chemicals, but exposure to air pollution.
