Ayurvedic formulas
« on: February 10, 2023, 05:00:19 PM »
Hi Alex, use of Ayurvedic Mercury is not something I recommond to everyone, anyone with multiple chemical sensitivities or very sensitive to toxins probably should not risk trying it out.  That said Mercury has been using in dentistry for a long time as tooth amalgam formula as well in the 1800s to treat Syphilis and probably other things.  I am not super familiar with the Western usage of Mercury.

My personal experience with 90% of Ayurvedic Mercury was bad.  I tried 4 or 5 sellers of Herbals Amalgams.  Generally Mercury is prepared in bead form similar to dental inserts sometimes with herbs added.  For most bead bracelets or rosaries that I bought within minutes of wearing them I would start to feel brain zaps and disorientation, this is probably a sign of mercurial poisoning.   I can personally only recommend the seller Rudraksa Ratna.  These beads I have worn as an anklet for years with no issues.  Generally speaking the beads from this seller cause a cool soothing sensation inside my body which I would describe as like 'peppermint' the soothing sensation goes to where pain is and alleviates it.

My only issues with this seller is when wearing too many beads continuously I notice numbness in my fingertips. Never mental confusion.  I had to wear a very large amount of beads continuously for that to happen as well.  Also it is said that if you have Ayurvedic mercury and rub the bead on your finger and it leaves a black soot it is not properly prepared.  These beads leave no soot residue.  Overall I feel this one seller's item has benefited my health but others did not.  They add 100 Indian herbs to the amalgam so the Mercury is possibly just holding the herbs together and the herbs doing the work.

That said I am still very interested to get a Mercury blood panel done as Jeff suggested.  Its just generally good to check on when I have money.  My mind is always clear and sharp, even if I drink a six pack of beer on the weekend I have minimal hangover so I don't suspect I have Mercury poisoning but I am still very curious about the facts.

Has anyone else used any Ayurvedic formulas?  What did you feel were the benefits and detriments?

I am all for the discussion of herbal formulas and Ayurveda, but we have to be very, very careful not to perpetuate medical frauds and deeply flawed medical theory of the past.  There is no way any heavy metal can be considered useful in any ethical medical or healing practice.  It is extremely unwise taking any medicine containing mercury or any other heavy metal.

I actually don't think these Parad formulas in Ayurveda are Mercury per say, but an alloy, if you wanted to be technical, so perhaps not a heavy metal at all.  I'm curious if anyone else has used any other different Ayurvedic formulas however.

That said I think I will explain to my doctor this summer how I have used Ayurvedic Mercury rather than just asking for a test and so he may be convinced to assign me the blood panel.  Last year all my blood work showed 'excellent' and in ideal range but I didn't get heavy metal levels tested.  I would also say that I do feel well and don't percieve any neurological issues.

I think both of us will be interested in the results.

David, any alloy of a heavy metal, such as mercury, is a heavy metal and should thus be avoided. Anyone promoting or selling any alloy of a heavy metal such as mercury is either a fraud or an idiot, and should not be considered inteligent.
