Hello There

About a month ago I was back not sleeping at all again and looked at the clock and saw it was 7 am and was fairly despairing, I begged my spirit to get me out of body.

So anyway I did end up out immediately and spent 4 hours out. I had been worrying about that, for instance staying out for 8 hrs at a time may be fairly boring I thought, like standing on the street corner leaning against a lamp post, but I found that It was very interesting and that I had no feeling of time pasing so it was OK after all.

When I got back my body was at least a little rested so I was able to get through the day.

I was thinking latter that this was a good time to compare my nightly meditation with the morning sleeping in period, because I seem to get more things happen when I am sleeping in and not during meditatation.

My meditation and sleeping in are both very different, in meditation I am usually tense and in very high energy, and sleeping in I am very quiet and smooth, so I quess more meditation practice ?

Bless Valdy

Thank-you Valdy, for posting your report with an OOBE, and dealing with sleeplessness.  Since I practice and recommend the practice, of meditating while one waits for sleep to come, some times that results in not getting any sleep; however, an OOBE is what one is looking for; and as you found, an OOBE is all too interesting and never boring.

Good work.
