Thank-you for posting the very beautiful video representation of a kundalini experience. The problem I have with such videos and images is too often people tend to take such images literally, when they are simply an attempt represent the subjective experience of the subject, and not what a witness of the subject having the experience will see.
I recall about 10 years ago I sat an 11-day jhana meditation retreat led by a guy that I realized had no idea what jhana was about. Anyway, while at the retreat I had one of the largest kundalini events I had had to date. At the time I decided for the first time to not only see how deep I could go in it, but how long I could sustain the event. It was three hours.
At the time I thought surely people could see fire leaping out of the top of my head, and I was levitating a foot above my cushion. But, I did not try to channel the energy, because I wanted to see where it would take me instead. Well, later I was told all anybody at that retreat saw was one guy sitting for a long time in the meditation hall, quivering a bit, and tears streaming down his face.
I have had to conclude that the fantastic stories of miracles are just, at best, metaphors taken literally, and at worst myths created by priests who want job-security.
