Thanks, Sam. This guy's photo and his website remind of Roger Davis, a guy I studied herbs and shamanism from about 40 years ago.  If he was still alive I would expect he would have a website like this guy's.

I've never heard of orgonite, but for those who are interested, this is a good site on the subject:

Stop ADD and ADHD in 18 Days by Eliminating This!

Yes, this is mostly accurate. But I've found it only addressed a small percentage of the the symptoms of ADHD. As you probably know, I'm a Holistic Health Counsellor, and I eat an all natural vegan diet. Yet, there are other qualities that I've found are only fully addressed by leading a self-aware, rigorous, contemplative life.

I don't have ADD and ADHD and I do not know much about them. I've read mentions of it in other threads and I thought this could be of help for others. Yes, leading a rigorous contemplative do addressed a lot of things but it does not address everything. Like Jeff who has arthritis and diabetes and I who have diabetes. Cheers

I agree. That's not what I'm saying.

What I'm saying is that I eat an all-natural vegan diet that gives me all vitamins and minerals that people are always saying vegan diets can't give (including B12). And that still didn't resolve the issue fully. So, this doctor has a point, and some of the teacher at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition went into greater detail which lead me to eat vegan. It resolved many of the issues, but there were still many left over.

So, what I'm saying, is that anyone with ADHD, Bi-Polar, PTSD, or GAD that I've met, has required more than just exercise and a nearly perfect diet. Same with me.

I get the feeling we've mis-communicated. I hope not. If so, then I apologize.

No, we've not. I do sincerely mean what I say as you've been trained and is an authority on such matters. I've thought about the statement that I've made and it might seem sarcastic but it's not. I also said thanks because of your input. Cheers
