Hello everybody! Fighting shyness to post.
I am struggling due to joints and looking for solving problem. I need something nutricious, because it is longer state. My idea was magnesium, minerals in general ( maybe boiled and blended to powder eggshells ), collagen fibres and a lot of vitamine C.
Why those? Joints need warmth,wind protection, need regular activity of nearby muscles, elasticity and durability - here comes vit C. helping to create collagen out of digested proteins. One cannot assimilate external collagen proteins. Vit C. also prevents inflammatory states. Hibiscus/wild Rose.
For years I have been observing that the more I meditate sitting pos. the more physical activity I need, otherwise will I suffer.
The problem is one need all of the above mentioned together plus things afore mentioned like garlick, turmenic, arnica, ginger.
I also noticed that new problems with joints could be healed within short meditation sessions.
