The Complete St. John of the Cross
« on: July 26, 2014, 06:30:14 PM »
The earlier editions of St. John's works I've found for free on the internet were, at least initially, confusing in their translation.

However, I've come across a recent one where even in the preface it can be observed a dedication to authenticity. The author frequently mentions the mystic tradition (in general referring to that which produces mystical experience--not just Christian works), and even suggests the apparent studying of Plato.
