Hi Beatrix, I saw that you had joined as a member.

A good starting point is Jeff's YouTube videos on meditation and the spiritual crisis. He also has a long list of articles / commentaries on the main website.

I've also recently published a collection of my fiction / nonfiction writings, which go over a lot of other knowledge in them.

Welcome, Beatrix, welcome to the forum, good to see you made it here.  Sorry for me welcoming you so late.  I am often camped in the wilderness, or just not near an internet connection, so I am not on the web often these days.  I am glad to see Alexander welcomed you.  If you have any questions just post them somewhere here and whom ever shows up will respond if they are inspired to do so.
